अतः जो जनन पके आवे, उसका हवन करना चाहिये, उस समय वह भोक्ता नो पहली आहुति दे उसे श्राणाय स्वाहा" एसा कद- कर दे । इस प्रकार प्राण तृप्त होता हे अतः एसा होनेके कारण भोजनके समय जो भात (अन्न) आवे उससे हवन करना चाहिये । यहां अभि-
