agne naya supathā rāye asmān viśvāni deva vayunāni vidvān | yuyodhyasmajjuhurāṇameno bhūyiṣṭhāṃ te nama-uktiṃ vidhema
The final mantra: a prayer to Agni — the inner fire, the divine intelligence — to lead the seeker by the straight path to the highest good and to keep him from the crooked deceits of ego. The Upanishad closes with humility, not triumph.
Meaning
O Agni, knower of all our paths, lead us by the good road to wealth. Keep from us the crooked, beguiling sin. To thee we offer the fullest praise.
Direct literal rendering preserving Sanskrit philosophical terminology.
Vyakhya

शोध संदर्भResearch context · not scriptureComparative Research Noteशोध टिप्पणी
A modern parallel offered for reflection. It is not part of the scripture, and it has not been checked against the original sources it may allude to.
