yasmindyauḥ pṛthivī cāntarikṣamotaṃ manaḥ saha prāṇaiśca sarvaiḥ | tamevaikaṃ jānatha ātmānamanyā vāco vimuñcathāmṛtasyaiṣa setuḥ
All worlds and faculties are woven into Brahman as warp and weft of a single fabric. The instruction: drop other talk. The recognition of the One IS the bridge to immortality. Excessive theorizing is the obstacle.
Meaning
In him heaven, earth, and the middle sphere are woven; the mind too, with all the prāṇas. Know him — the one — as the Self; let go of all other talk. This is the bridge to the immortal.
Direct literal rendering preserving Sanskrit philosophical terminology.
Vyakhya
Science & Modern Application

A modern parallel offered for reflection. It is not part of the scripture, and it has not been checked against the original sources it may allude to.
