The closing verse. The boy who began the journey by asking has now arrived: brahma-prāpta, virajas (dustless), vi-mṛtyu (deathless). And the door is open for any who follow.
Meaning
Having received this knowledge spoken by Death — and the whole discipline of yoga — Naciketas became free of dust, free of death, attained to Brahman. So shall any other who knows the Self thus.
Direct literal rendering preserving Sanskrit philosophical terminology.
Vyakhya
Science & Modern Application

A modern parallel offered for reflection. It is not part of the scripture, and it has not been checked against the original sources it may allude to.
